March 1998: £50,000 - to pay for the
building costs associated with converting the Les Amis hostel into 5 self
contained flats to allow smaller independent living environments for residents.

July 1999: £80,000 - to help launch, and
run for 2 years, a new day service, (COGS), for Les Amis residents based on
using community facilities and developing individual skills.

March 2001: £85,000 - to assist with the
running costs of COGS for a further 2 years.

November 2001: £1,000 - to pay for costs
associated with producing this Website (which we hope you're enjoying).

January 2005: £32,000 as an emergency
and deficit funding arrangement for one year for COGS Day Services to ensure
its continuation at the levels of number and quality of previous years.

January 2005: £8,000 for set-up costs
and running of 'Basic Skills' programme. This programme seeks to provide tuition
to Les Amis residents in the areas of basic skills, numeracy, literacy and
the various other life-skills necessary in the modern day world, delivered
by Les Amis staff, seven in total, trained specifically in this field. Agreement
in place, in principle, for the funding to be delivered for three years in
total, at £8,000 per annum.
